Mat and Matcha is a two-hour outdoor wellness event in Sumida Park, Mukojima, hosted by Midori Mat Club with Chotto Matcha. The session combines an all-levels Vinyasa yoga class with a matcha drink after practice.

Who can join
Beginners and experienced participants are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat; the organizer says a towel is also acceptable.
